As a Psychotherapist who works from a somatic foundation, my approach to yoga is informed by my experience of guiding people gently into fuller presence through understanding the embodied brain.

Sattva Yoga, rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas, blends Hatha and Kriya yoga to create a holistic experience that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.

In my classes, we explore a dynamic journey of movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound.

Each practice is designed to connect you with your subtle, emotional and physical body, empowering you to cultivate your essential qualities, such as inner strength, peace, wisdom, vitality, and heart-expansion.

These classes bring together the power of these ancient yogic technologies of consciousness, with the wisdom of Vedic philosophy and my understanding of the human nervous-system from somatic psychotherapy. 

In Mystic Himalayan Yoga, we are not focused on perfect postures or sensational breathwork experiences, but on working with gentle devotion to deepen our experience of yoga and our connection with the Truth within.

With over 15 years of yoga experience, my journey has been one of coming home to my body and deepening connection with my Self and my inner knowing.

This rich experience has shaped my understanding of the Self as a dynamic, embodied field of consciousness and energy —a perspective that deeply informs my work as a Psychotherapist and Astrologer, and a natural element in my yoga teaching.

I have enjoyed many styles of yoga over the years. After discovering the transformative power of Kriya yoga, my practice changed from primarily Hatha and Vinyasa to embracing Kundalini yoga.

My love of the practice led me to pursue teacher training in the Himalayas at the SATTVA Yoga Academy.

SATTVA Yoga combines Hatha and Kriya yoga, providing a holistic path to personal liberation and Self-mastery.

My classes offer a balanced approach, blending physical movement, breathwork, and meditative techniques to help you connect deeply with your inner self, and cultivate presence, freedom and resilience.
