Yoga is more than just a physical practice; it’s a pathway to deeper self-awareness, healing, and liberation.
As a Psychotherapist who works from a somatic foundation, my approach to yoga is informed by my experience of guiding people gently into fuller presence with their mind-body connection.
Sattva Yoga, rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas, blends Hatha and Kriya yoga to create a holistic experience that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.
In my classes, we explore a dynamic journey of movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound.
Each practice is designed to connect you with your subtle, emotional and physical body, empowering you to cultivate your essential qualities, such as inner strength, peace, wisdom, vitality, and heart-expansion.
No matter where you are on your journey, you’ll be supported to explore your personal edge, moving at your own pace. This class emphasizes yoga as an inner practice, inviting you to discover freedom and deep connection with your True Self, in a fun and encouraging environment.
Your Teacher
With over 15 years of yoga experience, my journey has been one of coming home to my body and deepening connection with my Self and my inner knowing. This rich experience has shaped my understanding of the Self as a dynamic, embodied field of consciousness and energy —a perspective that deeply informs my work as a Psychotherapist and Astrologer, as well as being a natural element in my yoga teaching.
I have enjoyed many styles of yoga during my years of practice. After discovering the transformative power of Kriya yoga, my practice changed from primarily Hatha and Vinyasa to embrace Kundalini yoga.
My personal experience of the power of yoga led me to pursue teacher training, and in late 2024, I travelled to the Himalayas to receive training at the SATTVA Yoga Academy. SATTVA Yoga combines Hatha and Kriya yoga, providing a holistic path to personal liberation and Self-mastery.
My classes offer a balanced approach, blending physical movement, breathwork, and meditative techniques to help you connect deeply with your inner self, and cultivate presence, freedom and resilience.

“I really loved the yoga class. It felt quite different to other yoga classes I've attended in the past. Loved how it blended breathwork and physical poses.
It felt like you brought in the underlying principles and philosophies of the poses very gently. I was able to feel both my physical strength and the softness of my heart.”
“Hi Sarah, I just wanted to send you a message to say how much I've enjoyed the class the past few weeks as a fellow yoga teacher I was looking for a yoga class that offered me an advanced Yoga practice but not in the way of advanced complicated Asana. The pranayama focus in your classes allows me to connect deeply with my breath and the gentle Asana practice relaxes the body creating a beautiful connection between the two and bring an easy meditation state For me this is truly an advanced practice which is so accessible for everyone . Many thanks. I look forward to next week. Nameste”
“the body, mind and energy is an instrument which requires attunement, which requires disentanglement. As we disentangle and let go of the toxicity on the level of bofy, toxicity on the level of thought, toxicity on the level of emergy, we regain our essential nature and become attuned to the creative intelligence which is organising everything around us.
…the path of yoga, helps us gain attunement so that the music of life can flow through us and this life can be lived as a dance and not as a burden”
