I’m passionate about the life-changing potential of learning and self-understanding.

During my psychotherapist training, I couldn’t believe a lot of what I was learning wasn’t more readily available in the world. I could feel the positive impact of the learning itself on my life and my understanding of myself. I knew then that creating and delivering learning experiences was something I wanted to do alongside working therapeutically with people.

Since qualifying in 2019, I’ve delivered wellbeing and personal development programmes for a wide range of groups—from small community circles to large workplace teams.

My approach combines self-compassion, embodiment, and integrative psychology to support both individual growth and collective wellbeing. Sharing these learning experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and navigate life with greater ease is something I absolutely love.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent seven years working with adults with learning disabilities and designing and teaching personal development and wellbeing classes was part of my roles. This experience taught me how to adapt to diverse learning styles and create spaces that are inclusive, engaging, and alive.

I am also trained in SATTVA Yoga at the SATTVA Yoga Academy in India—a synthesis of Hatha and Kriya Yoga that blends movement, meditation, and breathwork. These practices are woven throughout my work, offering powerful tools and wisdom for grounding, focus, and self-connection.
